Electronic Engineering is a highly technical field that covers the whole subjects of electronic systems, semiconductors, telecommunications, automatic control, and computer. The Department of Electronic Engineering provides a theoretical education regarding the electromagnetics, electronic circuits, digital circuits, semiconductor, automatic control and telecommunications, plus experimental study of the basic and applied electronic engineering. The Department aims to produce expert engineers who will lead the new electronic technology education at research institutes, in industrial companies and in government.
   
  Department of Air Transportation and Management
  The purpose of the Department of Air Transportation and Aviation Administration is to educate the students in the area of management of airport operation system air traffic management and Logistics. The curriculum consists of theoretical and practical courses including air traffic control, airport operations, aviation law, transportation planning, and logistics management. Upon completing the curriculum, students with a Bachelor of Science degree will qualify for the license of an air traffic controller, logistics manager. They can work in a wide range of areas such as governmental, civil air transportation.
   
  Department of Aeromechanical Engineering
  The Department of Aeromechanical Engineering aims at producing creative engineers who will lead research and high technology in the fields of aeronautics and mechanical engineering. The Department emphasize field studies covering aircraft structure, power systems, landing systems, and electronic systems in order to provide practical application of the theoretical framework.
   
  Department of Flight Operation
  The purpose of the Department of Fight Operation is to produce quality professional pilots who will play a pivotal role in the development of the transportation industry in the 21st century. The curriculum includes theoretical courses such as aeronautics, aerodynamics, navigation principles, aviation meteorology, and air traffic management and practical flight training courses. The Department is equipped with a private airport which is the only facility in Korea. The flight training center is a joint Korean and American operation which meets the standards of the FAA in America to produce internationally recognized pilots. Upon completing the curriculum, students with a bachelor of engineering degree will have the chance to get pilot certificates, both private and commercial. They will work for commercial airlines or military service a pilot as.

  The Department of Air Tourism and Service is aimed at producing highly qualified and competent flight attendants with high intellect and good personality through practical and systematic training. The Department provides the students with systematic, theoretical, and practical education to cultivate technical knowledge and a global mind necessary for the business air tourism and flight operation. Knowledge of flight operation based first on general academic subjects, and then combined with major subjects for flight attendant education will upgrade the field of air service to a higher level of standard.

  The Department of Avionics and Computer Simulation is to produce experts who wish to work in the field of highly sophisticated aeronautic business through the education of simulation, soft ware, information controlling, and automation by using computer technology on the basis of electronics and mechanical engineering. The Department particularly emphasizes producing aeronautic technicians in air electronic engineering and the soft ware that have high potential in the air flight business in the future, and to make them contribute to the society
