  Yonam Library
 

Yonam Library is operated with an open-stack system. All the operations are computerized, and the Library provide on-line search of the data not only in our library but also of the data throughout the nation and overseas. We are developing towards a digital library. The Library is accessible not only to the students and staff of the University, but also open to community people as a public service. Our service is not limited to books but extends to VOD, multimedia service, and support of on-line searches connected with other universities and organizations allowing the Library to function as a key center in academic exploration.

   
  University Museum
  The University Museum has taken the responsibility of preserving and handling down historical Knowledge, archaeology, culture, fine arts, folklore, and anthropological materials especially regarding the Paekche Dynasty.
   
  Computer Center
  We are doing our best to produce an able work force necessary for the rapidly changing information age and have maximized our research on the basis of our comprehensive information system. We have an easily accessible system for our all students and staff to use. We also issue e-mail addresses if they want and access to the internet via the internet network and the school network through HANSUnet(HANSeo University network). We are also involved in giving support to academic research and offer a hands-on education with the installation of our large capacity computers(exclusively for internet use) such as Web, Mail, DB, DNS, DHCP and many application software. Contact with the school net through our own web server allows for easier use of the internet. Furthermore we have recently developed a new comprehensive information system for academic administration and this makes quick and accurate administration possible.

  Dormitory 2 (Hanseo Academya)
  The Academia serves as both a guest house and a student residential hall. Student residents learn foreign languages with resident native speakers. This hall has luxurious rooms with outstanding views of the Gaya mountain in the northwestern area of Chungnam and features large seminar rooms with multimedia facilities.
   
  Hanseo University Press
  The Hanseo University Press publishes Hanseodaehakpo as a communication medium at the University. It is organized for the purpose of reporting of news events, presenting research work produced by students, faculty and staff, and voicing public opinion for creating our own university culture. It also provides publicity about activities at the University.
   
  Hanseo University Broadcasting Station
  The goal of the broadcasting station is to enhance and refine the personal character of students thus, providing a comfortable academic environment. It is now involved in providing the campus with Laser Disk films twice a month. In October, students have an opportunity in taking part in the broadcasting festival and throughout the year students can also enjoy various kinds of programming, thus contributing to the development of freedom of speech and culture on campus.
   
  Career Information Service 
  The Career Information Service provides efficient counseling and to guide career development on the important cooperation between industry and educational institutions. The Service offers career counseling to students by providing information about obtaining jobs and connect students to the business community. There is also a reference room containing a variety of career information.
   
  Health Clinic
  The Health Clinic was opened for the well-being for faculty, staff, and students. The health Clinic provides emergency treatment for minor injuries and ailments
   
  Department of Athletics
  The Department of Athletics is concerned with students athletes and their training programs in various sports fields. The department provides annual programs for matches and games, and evaluates athletes to help them refine their skills and to produce knowledgeable specialists who are of sound body and mind.
   
  Lifelong Education Center
  The Lifelong Education Center opened with the aim to expand the services of the University and contribute to the development of the regional society. This is the only school for adult education in the Northwest region of Choongnam, and all adults can get good education they want at any time and in any place. The Center operates programs of Lifelong Education for open education and lifelong studies by making use of the abundant human resources and facilities at the University.
   
  Institute of Language Education
  Fulfilling the educational goals of the University, which aims at nurturing individuals capable of actively participating in the international community in this global era, the Institute reinforces foreign language education for students at the University and provides classes in the history of Korea and its culture as well as classes in the Korean language for students from all over the world.
