There are about 40 student clubs. Student can choose to participate in their favorite club. Once they join a club, they can enjoy a variety of activities under the guidance of an advisor in the area they choose such as arts, science, fine arts, and physical education. Not only do they spend enjoyable hours in their club activities but they have good opportunities to put what they have learned into practice, adding to the body of national culture by developing their own culture on campus. They also learn an ideal form of human interaction to build character and leadership. In addition, there are an orientation and welcoming party for incoming freshman in March; the celebration of the University foundation day on April 11, an athletic meet, Hanaldarae, in May ; a Jamiwon festival, an academic festival, in September, highlighting various student activities.
