Department Introduction

  • Physical therapy is an independent human being by treating patients with structural and functional impairments of the body due to diseases or injuries with exercise therapy and physical elements based on mechanical and neurophysiological mechanisms to maximally restore the damaged function and return the patient to society. It is a study that helps you lead a healthy life as a student.

    Today, physical therapy is expanding its expertise to a wide range of health-related fields, such as sports, health, health, and rehabilitation aids, beyond just the role of a physical therapist at the hospital site.

    In order to cultivate physical therapists with intelligence and personality suitable for the field of physical therapy, which is becoming increasingly specialized and expanding, this department conducts education and research with the mindset to become the forefront of physical therapy education in Korea.

    This department is striving to become a cornerstone of academic development by adopting an advanced country-style education system, equipped with a curriculum integrating theory and clinical practice, and the latest research facilities necessary for research.

Educational goals

  • Through the general and professional theoretical education of physical therapy and practical education that can actually use the basic principles of physical therapy in patient treatment, we cultivate leadership talents with personality that can contribute to society.
