Department Introduction

• Our department is a pioneering department in the complex resort industry established in 2013. It is a field-friendly department that can develop academic research and practical capabilities in the complex resort industry (hotels, casinos, conventions, etc.), which will be the core of the 21st century tourism industry. We have an education system.
  The “National Competency Standards (NCS) Casino Operation Management” curriculum was introduced to specialize the casino curriculum, and Chinese and Japanese exchange student programs are operated for language specialization education. Through business agreements with various hotels, casinos, and tourism companies, we operate a differentiated training course that links from field training to employment.

• The Department of Hotel Casino Tourism is a convergence type that has all of the knowledge, skills, ethics, and personality required in the complex resort industry that will play a key role in the development of the tourism industry in the 21st century in line with our university's vision of “a leading university in the Pan-Yellow Sea region leading the future.” It aims to cultivate human resources.
  The Department of Hotel Casino Tourism sets the following three Educational Goals 교육목표 to achieve the educational objectives.

• First, cultivate talents in the casino industry that can lead the complex resort industry to a healthy and enjoyable leisure culture.
• Second, nurturing human resources in the hotel and tourism industry that can lead the local tourism industry.
